Solutions for Dealing with Hair Loss

Hair loss is growing increasingly common. With technology and advancement in medicine, there are drugs that are supposed to help with this condition. But what if you do not want to follow through on a dosage just to grow your hair back? There are natural remedies for hair loss but they take some time to work. If you are looking for a quick fix, you can try the medication. However, if you are looking for longer lasting solutions, then you should consider natural remedies.

Some of these remedies include:

Jamaican Black Castor Oil

This is considered the holy grail of all hair growth formulas. Black Castor Oil is an oil that has proved effective in hair growth. Jamaican Black Castor Oil (JBCO), in particular, is the best. Plus, the remedy is not complicated.

First you have to buy the oil. It is available on different online platforms such as eBay and Amazon. Look for a brand that does not contain salt. This is because Black Castor Oil should be in its purest form and should have undergone minimal chemical manipulation before packaging. This type is more effective than a brand that has salt.

Next, using a dropper or an application bottle, apply some JBCO to your problem areas. If you are losing a lot of hair on your ends, focus on these areas. If you are balding at the crown, focus on this are as well. After application, gently massage the oil into the scalp. If your hair is prone to looking greasy, you need to apply this at night and wash this off the morning after. If your hair is not greasy, you can let the oil sit on your head and wash your hair every three to four days. Keep in mind that you will still be doing this treatment every night.

Inversion Method

This method is simple. All you have to do is pick oil: coconut, olive, or argan work best. Apply some to your roots and your scalp. Do not use too much as your hair becomes greasy. Proceed to massage your head gently for about five minutes so as to stimulate blood flow. Afterward, invert your head for about ten minutes. This causes blood to rush to your head which stimulates hair growth.

You can go through the same process without using the oil if your hair becomes too greasy. Your scalp secretes sebum which should act as enough lubricant for your massage. However, do it gently to avoid snagging and pulling your hair. You can wash this off in the morning after applying the oil at night. There’s the option to wash your hair every three to four days if it is not too greasy.

The inversion method should not be done y pregnant ladies, people who have diabetes or high blood pressure, and those who suffer from hernia among others. If you are not sure about the safety of the method, consult your doctor first before starting on it.
